Paid Work Crew for Young Women 17 - 24 years old

Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. has a great opportunity for young women between 17 and 24 years old. We are offering a seven week paid work crew during which young women can try their hands at construction, learning alongside peers of a similar age and from female instructors. During the seven weeks we also work to help sort through some of the basics of life and starting a career: finances, credit, GED/high school diploma and driver’s license and/or permit acquisition. Over the course of the seven weeks participants will receive $1050. We are looking for young women who are looking to get started on a career path but need some guidance. After completion of this program, participants are welcome to take our free seven week Trades and Apprenticeship Career Class, which can continue to guide them into their chosen career (taking this class is not required).
