Development Director for Impact NW

The Development Director is a key member of Impact NW’s Leadership Team and will work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors in developing and executing a strategic funding plan for the organization, both short and long term. The Development Director is responsible for the management and oversight of the organization’s resource development (including volunteers), marketing and public relations programs. Primary responsibilities include assisting with strategic plans; solicitation of individual, corporate and foundation donations, including major gifts; endowment fund development; and planning and execution of the organization’s annual campaign, marketing plan and special events.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned fundraising professional who can provide strong and innovative leadership. He or she will have imagination, vision, be a strategic thinker, and be able to work with diverse audiences. In addition, this highly polished individual will be a self-starter, have excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent project management skills, and a *demonstrated passion for Impact NW’s mission.*
