Regional Recruitment Coordinator (Community Outreach & Marketing for Social Services)

Develop and coordinate adoption and foster care marketing and recruitment efforts in several counties. Responsible for creation of general and targeted marketing campaigns, management of recruitment activities, collection of data, and documenting and recording of results.

The ideal candidate will: * Excel in communications or marketing of social services * Have experience in community outreach * Be comfortable working independently * Have strong speaking and writing skills * Have a familiarity with Oregon DHS * Desire to impact the lives of Oregon's children

This person will join the established recruitment team at Boys & Girls Aid, a child welfare agency working statewide. The position is based in Portland or the Central Willamette Valley and requires travel in Oregon.

B.A. and 3 years relevant experience, or M.A. plus 1 year relevant experience. Related experience may include communications, marketing, public relations, and social services. Full time with benefits. Own car and travel required.
