position summary:

General Description / Position Summary Oversee broad functions of OFB Branch RFBs locations. Develop and facilitate cross branch/department /functions to increase collaboration and communication. Establish performance standards and operating procedures to provide a high degree of service to Partner Agencies. Foster community connections in businesses, government, schools and churches to increase local support and resources. Promote Branch RFB site-specific activity and autonomy within the overarching support structure of OFB headquarters. Collaborate with Branch RFB Coordinators and Managers to investigate and test emerging solutions to hunger and service delivery options. Evaluate programming, personnel and operations against established objectives and budget. Near and remote branches will require varied levels of direction, collaboration and support. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree plus at least three years experience in planning, program development, program evaluation, and personnel management. Additional education may be substituted for experience, and educational qualifications may be waived depending on work history. • Experience in community organizing, group facilitation, volunteer management, community education and organization development preferred. • Experience living in and working with rural communities.(preferred)
