The application deadline is flexible; we’ll pull down this posting when we have recruited our dream intern. We will acknowledge applications as they are received, and we’ll ask select applicants to come to our office for an interview.

How to Apply:

At this point we are accepting applications on a rolling basis, so ignore any deadlines you see.

In lieu of a cover letter, please write a paragraph or two in response to each of the following questions:

  • What experience do you have with social media, and how have you measured success, if applicable?
  • What are some of your favorite career resources, and why?
  • Why is an internship a good fit in your life right now? What would you like to learn from this experience?
  • What’s a recent experience that annoyed you, and one that delighted you?

Please submit your responses to these questions and resume — saved as PDFs — to amy [at] idealist.org. We will review materials as they come in.

We encourage people of all backgrounds, experiences and abilities to apply.
