Focus: Turning crisis into opportunity

 

For whom: New nonprofit executives, top management, and board leaders (typically up to 3 years' experience)

 

Why: To gain a firm grounding in meeting the challenges of running a nonprofit in today's environment.

 

Special features: Evening sessions for board members to work with new leaders in two important ways: (1) developing a board/executive leadership team & (2) designing effective collaborations and partnerships with other organizations and agencies.

 

From whom: The Institute for Nonprofit Management, a leader in providing training and education to those engaged in nonprofit organizations - staff, board, and volunteers. Our goal is to build the nonprofit sector by offering practical skills and lifelong learning to professionals and volunteers.
