Sisters Of The Road, a Portland, OR nonprofit addressing the root causes of poverty and homelessness through systemic solutions, is seeking a Cafe Co-Manager to join our Cafe Operations Team.

Position Description: Sisters of the Road Cafe Co-Manager is responsible for ensuring that Sisters’ philosophies of nonviolence, anti-oppression, gentle-personalism and community organizing are understood and practiced in the cafe and its associated programs. This position oversees the Hot Prepared Meals and Workforce Development Programs, including Barter workers, and shares supervision of the associated personnel.
