Homeownership Coach - NAYA Family Center

The Native American Youth and Family Center is currently accepting applications for a Homeownership Coach.

Our Homeownership Program is seeking the right candidate to join our successful, culturally specific HUD Approved Housing Counseling Program. The Homeownership Coach will work in collaboration with Community Development Department team members and other agency programs to provide support to potential homeowners in Portland’s Native American community.

The Homeownership Coach is responsible for providing HUD approved homeownership coaching, and occasional home buyer education workshops, for low‐ to moderate‐ income program participants. The coach evaluates individual financial situations and homeownership goals in order to provide the appropriate resources and educational support. Direct participant service and workshop coordination are fundamental activities of this position.
