Impact NW New Volunteer Orientation 1/12/2011

Is one of your New Year's resolutions to give back to your community?

You're invited to attend Impact NW's New Volunteer Orientation January 12, 2011 from 6-8 PM at the SE Multicultural Center on Belmont. Learn about the many ways you can give back, whether it be mentoring a youth, helping out the development team with data entry, or facilitating a Russian-language parent child interaction group!

Impact NW's mission is to help people achieve and maintain self-sufficiency and to prevent and alleviate the effects of poverty. By working with schools, churches, businesses, and other community partners, we work to alleviate the effects of poverty for 60,000 individuals through prevention and intervention services, focused on children, families, seniors, and people with disabilities. We welcome volunteers seeking enriching experiences benefiting the lives of low-income youth, families, seniors, and adults with disabilities. For more information on volunteering with us, please visit: www.ImpactNW.org/volunteer.html.

Please RSVP to Liz at [email protected] if you would like to attend, and pass the word along!
