Required Skills and Abilities:Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organizational skills • Effective communication skills • Ability to learn new programs and processes • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude • Ability to accept supervision and work well with others • Ability to lift 35 pounds • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time Job Responsibilities • Coordinate data collection logistics (eg. photocopying, scheduling, tracking response rates, purchasing incentives) • Follow guidelines to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data • Enter data and maintain database • Run reports from database for tracking and analysis purposes • Format on-line survey instruments and track responses • Assist with survey administration at schools throughout Portland Metro area • Assist in producing reports and visual presentations • Assist with staff training • Identify areas for streamlining and improving systems • Other duties as assigned to support Director of Evaluation
