Non-profit committed to improving the quality of health care in Oregon seeks experienced, proactive and friendly office administrator to support four busy staff. We’ve doubled our staff in the last year and need an organizational pro to help keep us on track, develop user-friendly office management systems, and pay attention to the details we sometimes overlook. We are looking for someone who is easy to communicate with, who can be flexible, juggle multiple tasks, and demonstrates resourcefulness and professionalism. Sense of humor a bonus.

The individual in this position will be responsible for: 1) Coordinating meetings and events, including scheduling, procuring facilities, handling invitations and RSVPs, printing materials, taking minutes, arranging travel and providing general administrative support as needed; 2) Establishing office processes and systems to ensure the smooth functioning of the office, e.g., inventory and ordering of office supplies and marketing materials, management of calendars, phones, and filing; 3) Maintaining financial records using QuickBooks and manages bill-paying; 4) Updating website as needed using an interface tool; 5) Managing office computer network, phone and copying equipment, and securing technical help when needed.

Salary / Pay Rate:Salary will depend on experience/education. $15-$18 per hour
Qualifications:• HS graduate or GED. • At least 2 yrs successful experience in an office administrative position. • Skilled in MS Office Suite. • Experience with QuickBooks data entry. • Experience with a web management tool. • Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English. • Be available for 35-40 hours per week.
