Organizational Overview: The Northwest Earth Institute has inspired more than 96,000 people to take responsibility for Earth. We engage citizens through an effective process utilizing self-facilitated study guides with small groups organized in neighborhoods, businesses, centers of faith and any other location people regularly gather. Founded and based in Portland, our work is also carried out through a network of 22 sister organizations throughout North America.

Responsibilities: -Engage participants and volunteers in building a strong and supportive membership -Cultivate relationships with local and national foundations to fund our work -Create and utilize effective communication tools articulating the impact of NWEI -Support, inform and interact with a terrific team of co-workers -Miscellaneous – Capitalize on opportunities that are in line with NWEI’s mission
