Classroom Law Project is currently seeking a full-time Office Manager. The Office Manager will ensure efficient operation of the office and provide administrative support to all programs and activities.

Salary / Pay Rate:Salary will be negotiated, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience / Medical and dental insurance / Long term disability and life insurance / 403(b) retirement plan
Required Skills and Abilities:DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Improve administrative efficiency by developing and implementing office systems. 2. Maintain office equipment including telephones, copiers, and computers. Manage partnership with outside vendors and consultants. 3. Develop and manage logical, orderly and accurate filing system for all office records. 4. Coordinate logistics and track registration for workshops, conferences and special events. 5. Provide assistance as needed to the staff and Board of Directors, including arranging travel, scheduling meetings, recording minutes and preparing materials. 6. Process incoming donations and gift acknowledgements, monitor invoices and assist with financial reporting. 7. Recruit and manage volunteers and respond to requests for information. 8. Coordinate Courthouse Experience Program including marketing, scheduling and communications.
Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years of related experience. 2. Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Macintosh network and computer experience, including troubleshooting and problem solving. 4. Proficiency in FileMaker Pro (database management), MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, and Illustrator). 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines. 7. Attending special events on evenings and weekends is occasionally required. 8. Interest in education and civic engagement. PREFER experience in non-profit management, event planning, fundraising, marketing and volunteer coordination.
