position summary:

The Essential Health Clinic (EHC)is a free urgent care health clinic. We are the only free clinic in Washington County.

The Volunteer Coordinator provides coordination of volunteer staff, including recruitment, selection, evaluation and recogition. Volunteers are: medical providers, interpreters and administrative etc.

Bachelor's degree and/or demonstrated non-profit social service work history. Experience in volunteer management with program management and/or strong administration and organization skills required.

This is not an entry level position but a position on the senior management team. Bi-lingual skills are a plus. An excellent sense of humor a must. You would be joining an exceptional team of dedicated, respected and fun loving professionals. Position reports to Executive Director.
