The Johnson Creek Watershed Council inspires and facilitates community investment in the Johnson Creek Watershed for the protection and enhancement of its natural resources. Johnson Creek is a unique urban stream stretching 26 miles long through four cities and two counties before it meets with the Willamette River. It is one of the last free-flowing streams in Portland, and it still supports four salmon species and an incredible variety of wildlife.
