Host a Naturescaping workshop in your community - It's free!

Our free naturescaping workshops are hosted by an interested community member or group.

It can be you or your group!

Our experienced facilitators/naturescapers will come to your neighborhood and lead a four-hour weekend workshop that includes a visit to a neighborhood naturescaping project to see design principles in action. Everyone who attends receives a comprehensive workbook, additional materials, and a native plant.

We are in the process of setting up our Fall schedule. If you are interested you can get more information about hosting a workshop by visiting us online at http://www.naturescape.org/ or calling us at 503-935-5365.

Naturescaping is the practice of designing (or redesigning) landscapes large and small so people and nature can peacefully coexist. Naturescaping reduces water use, stormwater runoff, and pollution without sacrificing beauty, and it saves you time, money, and energy – all while providing a beautiful habitat for birds, wildlife, and you. A wonderful gift to you and your community.
