Health Equity Policy Analyst

Come join our team! Multnomah County is seeking a Health Equity Policy Analyst. This position will provide policy support to the Health Equity Initiative. The major goal of the initiative is to identify and advocate for policy changes and practice improvements that promote health equity. In addition to recommending specific policy and practice changes, the overall strategy of the Health Equity Initiative is to initiate utilization of Equity Impact Assessment reviews. Assist with developing strategies for effective interface with elected officials, coordinating policy training and engagement strategies for community organizations and individuals, particularly those impacted by health disparities.
