Job Description:

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision of a round-the-clock residential team providing strength-based recovery-oriented mental health services to adults with severe mental illness living in a residential treatment setting. The Clinical Supervisor provides 1:1 and group therapy to 10 clients and develops treatment plans and is responsible for assisting in program development, including implementation of evidence-based practices.  

Qualifications:

MA in human service field required. Experience providing mental health services to adults with severe mental illness required. Previous clinical supervisory experience preferred. LCSW preferred.
