Youth GED Tutors Wanted

SE Works is looking for volunteer tutors for our Youth GED Program. Our GED program serves students who haven't succeeded in a traditional school environment by offering non-traditional curriculum, small classes and individual attention. One-on-one and small group tutoring is a critical part of our program. Volunteer tutors work with students on the subjects of the GED: math, science, social studies, reading and writing. The tutoring sessions give students an opportunity to strengthen their academic skills in the areas that are most challenging for them.
