CASH (Creating Assets Savings and Hope) Oregon is a community based non-profit organization founded to help working families create improved financial futures. AARP Tax-Aide is the nation's largest, free, volunteer-run tax preparation and assistance service. By working together, we have expanded free tax services throughout the Tri-county area.

The Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) is the most effective anti-poverty program in the United States, providing income-eligible taxpayers upwards of $4,500 from the government. Millions in EITC and other valuable tax credits go unclaimed every year. Through outreach and free tax preparation, CASH Oregon and AARP Tax-Aide ensure that these savings and credits reach eligible families and seniors in the Portland Metro area, so that that federal/state tax dollars are returned to our local economy.
