If you caring for an elder parent, friend, or spouse, or are reparing to care for them in the future, this is your opportunity to learn about available services such as: in home services, transportation, shopping assistance, long term care options, legal issues, and much more! The event will be Tuesday, October 28th at the Multnomah County building in Gresham located at 600 NE 8th St. in the Blue Lake Room. The Resource fair will be from 4:30-6:00pm with 20 non profit and privateagencies who provide services to seniors and their families. Free refreshments provided)

6pm Workshop choices: Long Term Care Options, Laughter is the best medicine: what you need to know when caring for someone with dementia, and Prepare to Care: a guide for families. From 7-8pm-we'll have a "Family Caregiver speak out" Come join in the dialogue about issues that matter to you!
