This AIRS Accredited call center serves a 2-1-1 community of approximately 2 million people, manages the statewide Maternal & Child Health Helpline for Oregon, and is responsible for two additional specialized lines. The Call Center Manager oversees a staff of 10+ Information and Referral Specialists and is responsible for overseeing the daily call center operations.

The salary scale for this position is from $37,440 to $46,927 per year. 211info generally offers beginning salaries in the lower one-third of this range. A generous leave and benefits package is included with health, dental, vision, long-term care, life insurance, and 403(b) retirement plan.

Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in a human services, public administration or related field 2. 3 years experience in non-profit sector where information and referral services were provided 3. 3 years experience in call center management 4. Ability to speak in public 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 6. Ability to plan, analyze data, and evaluate programs 7. Familiar with the State of Oregon and Southwest Washington social service agencies, governmental bodies and geography
