Mushroom Hunt this Tuesday!

Register now for the Arctos School's upcoming edible mushrooms and medicinal plants adventure! Our prices are always sliding-scale to accommodate non-profit workers and other low-income folks. Look for upcoming workshops on our website, www.arctosschool.org.

Mushrooms & Medicinals with Missy Rohs Tuesday, October 28, 9am-5pm. Each autumn, a spectacular array of fungi unfolds before us. Join us in a hunt for delicious edible mushrooms like Hedgehogs, Chanterelles, and Yellowfoots, as well as an exploration of the medicinal plants like Red Cedar and Salal that abound in the same habitat. Bring sturdy hiking shoes, water, and lunch. Carpool will meet in SE Portland. Registration required by Oct. 26th. Email [email protected] to register. Cost: $35 (sliding scale available).
