TACS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit support organization distinguished by a 30 year history of nonprofit capacity building. TACS’ staff of 27 serves 6,000 nonprofits annually through training, consulting services, peer learning networks, on-line resources, and the Nonprofit Association of Oregon (NAO).

TACS seeks a visionary leader with a strong conviction that nonprofits have the power to change lives and communities. The ideal candidate will thrive when inspiring and working collaboratively with talented, dedicated people. The future executive will be a strategic thinker and resource developer with the business acumen needed to sustainably build TACS’ capacity to support the success of the region’s nonprofit sector.
