Job Description:

The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision of a round-the-clock residential team which provides strength-based recovery-oriented mental health services to adults with severe mental illness. The Clinical Supervisor provides individual and group therapy to 10 clients, develops treatment plans and is responsible for assisting in program development, including implementation of evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

Masters in a human services field and experience providing mental health services to adults with severe mental illness are required. Previous clinical supervisory experience preferred. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
