Recruitment Project Coordinator

The Recruitment Project Coordinator will organize and coordinate a statewide recruitment effort for foster care and adoption, provide support and guidance for Regional Recruiters, and develop and coordinate recruitment efforts in several counties. The Recruitment Project Coordinator is responsible for creation of targeted recruitment campaigns, formation of district-wide teams, and management of recruitment activities.

The ideal candidate will:

· Have a background in social services,

· Be experienced in public outreach, communications, marketing or public relations

· Be familiar with Oregon DHS

· Be able to coordinate meetings and manage committee activities

· Have strong communication, speaking and writing skills

· Desire to impact the lives of Oregon’s children

This person will join the established recruitment team at Boys & Girls Aid, a child welfare agency working statewide. The position is covers the Central Willamette Valley and requires a vehicle and travel throughout the region. We offer a full benefits package. Position open until filled.
