Beautiful True Nature: The Earth-Path of Sustainable Leadership

You know the Earth and its people need your wisdom as never before, and you want to lead from a deeper connection to the Earth. So--what would more sustainable leadership look like?

This class will focus on developing your communication, project management and conflict resolution for more effective and powerful leadership in your organization and in your own life.

How does the Earth come into the process? Discover how the Earth influences and guides us! Discover the internal guidance system you were born with.

Draw on traditional and contemporary practices as a powerful basis for knowing how best to behave, how to choose, and literally which way to turn in any circumstance. Learn to operate from an Earth-based groundedness that keeps life simple.

Participants will learn and practice how to--

tap into your deepest and most powerful awareness, humanize your management approach with people, reduce and resolve conflicts, manage projects from an earth-based perspective, and make decisions as if the earth herself were making the choices
