Housing Specialist in Tigard

The Supported Housing Specialist participates in a multidisciplinary treatment team that provides intensive mental health treatment, case management and support service to transition age youth in Washington County. The Housing Specialist provides support to adolescents and young adults in obtaining and maintaining independent housing with emphasis on direct skills training.
