The new year is a perfect time to grow or clarify your business with a business plan. Writing a plan is also a good way to “practice” a business idea you’re considering. This two week class provides templates, in-class writing activities, an overview of Portland’s small business resources, and feedback from a supportive group of peers. Week one focuses on your company mission and overview (including goals and objectives) and week two covers marketing and financials. Leave with a draft business plan and renewed clarity and confidence.
