Employee Resource and Referral Specialist

211info is currently a seeking a full time employee Resource and Referral Specialist who will divide their time between the Call Center and Resource Department.

Under the direction of the Call Center and Resource Managers, this staff member will spend 20 hours per week providing confidential, appropriate, unbiased health and social service information, referral and advocacy to the general public by telephone; performing preliminary screening for eligibility for public and community services; assisting callers with access issues; and tracking gaps in services.  The remaining 20 hours will be spent working with Resource Specialist team to maintain timely regional and statewide health and social services resource information according to AIRS standards.
