Pro-Bono Consulting for Nonprofits - Last Week to Apply

The Community Consulting Program (CCP) is an outreach effort sponsored by the Organizational Development Network of Oregon to provide pro-bono consulting services to Portland area public benefit non-profits. CCP is accepting applications through January 17th for our Spring Round of consulting assistance. For more information, client testimonials, and to download the application, go to the ODN Oregon homepage and look for the CCP link: www.ODNoregon.org

If you need a consultant to focus on a critical need within your non-profit, but can’t afford to hire one, we may be able to help. In the past we have provided consulting assistance with Leadership; Organization structure and culture; Strategy, goals, planning; Organizational processes and systems; Performance measures/rewards; and Learning and building human capacity.

CCP brings together dynamic, short-term teams of OD professionals to provide pro-bono consultation to metro area, non-profit organizations unable to afford consulting services. Utilizing volunteers from our network, we form Consulting Teams of 2-4 individuals, backed by a Team Leader with 10-20 years of consulting experience. CCP teams work with a client for 2-4 months to complete an appropriate project. We typically work with two or three non-profits during each of two consulting cycles during the year.

*OD is the art and science of improving business and human systems.
