Forest Park Conservancy-Tree Planting on 1/17

Join the Forest Park Conservancy this Saturday, January 17th for our second volunteer tree planting event this winter. This time around, we are partnering with Friends of Trees and Portland Parks and Recreation to plant native trees and shrubs at Newton Road. As always, we will plant rain, snow or shine. There is no such thing as bad weather - only inappropriate clothing. In addition to dressing for the elements, please bring work gloves and a full water bottle. We will have Stumptown Coffee and some energy-laden snacks for you to enjoy. We will also be raffling off some goodies, as a thank you for your participation.
