Have fun and make a difference volunteering this weekend!

The Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center Beaverton Clinic is looking for some fun-loving hard workers to help with a special carpet cleaning project on Saturday, January 17.

Carpet cleaning may not initially sound exciting, but combine that with the wonderful opportunity to spend time with other amazing and compassionate volunteers and staff members and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of others, and you have a rewarding and fun experience!

The Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center serves more than 34,000 patients each year, many of whom face barriers to accessing healthcare, including language, cultural or socioeconomic barriers. Virginia Garcia provides primary care, dental, vision, mental healthcare, and education programs.

Our Beaverton clinic needs your help! We are looking for a group of 16 volunteers to help us shampoo the carpets in the Beaverton Clinic. We will provide Rug Doctors, shampoo, and breakfast goodies. Sign up and bring your friends!

Your help makes a huge difference in the lives of our patients. Please let me know if you are interested in this or other volunteer opportunities.
