Portland Metro area residents now have an easy-to-remember three-digit phone number to call when searching for community services. Just dial 2-1-1 for information and referrals to health and human services for every day needs and in times of crisis.

2-1-1 can help you find:

Using a tele-interpreter service, information is available in over 170 different languages. Calls are anonymous and confidential and free.

2-1-1 is available in the Portland Metro Area, Greater SW Washington State and Central Oregon (Bend area)
