Leslie Crutchfield Event Registration Closes 2/20/09

Willamette Valley Development Officers is proud to welcome Leslie Crutchfield to the WVDO Lunch Series on February 25, 2009 (register at www.wvdo-or.org).

Drawing from the findings in her new book, Forces for Good: The Six Practices of High Impact Nonprofits , Leslie will discuss the best practices that characterize highly effective nonprofits, and will illustrate how nonprofit leaders in our region can incorporate and apply these practices to their work.

During this two-hour session, Leslie will explore in-depth select practices such as effective nonprofit collaboration and how to more effectively combine advocacy with direct service.

The workshop offers a chance for open dialogue with a nationally-renown expert on nonprofit performance, intimate roundtable discussions with peers, and a chance to learn from real-world examples and immediately applicable advice for nonprofit leaders who want to achieve greater results.

This workshop is an excellent opportunity for development professionals, executive directors and board members to learn from a recognized expert in the field.
