I specialize in strategic planning, facilitation of meetings and processes, and help with start ups and the development of young organizations. I do coaching for executive directors and middle level managers, and for teams of all sorts. I provide trainings on board development, strategic planning, managing change and making good decisions, both locally and nationally. I am a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC), and integrate my coaching skills into my facilitation and planning work with organizations. I served as the executive director for the Center for Popular Economics and the Community Development Network, for 6 and 7 years respectively. I have been providing organizational development support to nonprofits as a consultant for over 15 years. I helped to start and have served on the boards of the Portland Community Land Trust and the Coalition for a Livable Future, and helped to found the Northwest Community Land Trust Coalition.
