How Well Do You Know Your 70%?

Water is earth's most abundant resource, encompassing 70 percent, yet is a scarce commodity. One billion people do not have daily access to clean drinking water.

Come and learn about water ionization technology. Emerging over 40 years ago, this process filters contaminated water and also gives it structure through electrolysis. How does structured water impact our bodies? What is alkaline and acidic water? How does this affect your body's pH levels?

Free water testing! Bring the water you drink for testing and jugs to fill up free ionized water.

Date and Time: Wednesday, Dec 30th ,6:00pm to 8:00pm Location: 1912 NE Killingsworth, Portland, Oregon

Heart of Now Introduction Session

The Heart of Now is the practice of listening to ourselves fully in each moment, mind and body, feelings and desires, and then trusting and acting on the truth inside of us. We practice being present not only in the stillness but with others in community. This practice leads to healing, connection, clarity, and joy, for as individuals and members of community. Our workshops have created a wonderful personal growth path that is harmony with progressive values and social change, and has touched the lives of over 2000 Oregonians in the last 10 years.

Join us for this introduction, Sunday, Jan 3rd, 5-8pm at 4929 NE 14th Place where we will practice several Heart of Now exercises, and specifically look at the changes happening with us as we come into the new year. By donation.
