Transition Services Manager

Bradley-Angle House, a social service/social change domestic violence intervention organization, seeks a full-time Transition Services Manager. This position will supervise family and youth advocates in our focused and scattered site transitional housing program, as well as two outstationed advocates at DHS. Ideally this person would have a background in housing and strong supervision skills.
