| Salary / Pay Rate: | $54,000-$64,000 |
| Required Skills and Abilities: | Ability to present themselves as a confident leader. Three to five years of management and supervisory experience. Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely; read and understand information presented; strong writing skills. Skilled in directing the operation of programs, assessing organizational needs and developing program improvement strategies. Ability to observe, measure, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives. Knowledgeable in principles theories and practices of organizational development, program planning, management and leadership. Analytical thinker with strong strategic planning and financial management skills. Experience with grant-writing and fundraising. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years experience with progressively increasing responsibility in workforce development, community justice, housing assistance, human services or a related field. |
