People's Economy Project

Tuesday, September 23, 2008 6:30-8:00pm

This bi-weekly forum is a gathering of diverse people to discuss financial pressures in the hopes of raising public awareness, building power and looking at solutions.

Our goals are:

• to share personal stories about economic instability (do you think you are the only one living paycheck to paycheck?)

• to share facts about the way our economy is working to our detriment

• to discuss the myriad solutions to changing financial pressures

• to explore the divine in money and our lives; how is money like energy?

• to look at wealth from a non-capitalist perspective; what is abundance?
