Q & A

anyone use salesforce for non profits?

Looking into salesforce.com's nonprofit program to use for a small elementary school, but am worried about the administration of the service being a huge burden for the small staff. Does anyone use it? What are the benefits/challenges? Any insights would be helpful on this program or other recommendations. Please email me back at fran(at)think-do-learn.com. Thanks!
